How do I send my home address to you?
There is a section at the booking stage for you to enter your address.
How do I book the remainder of my package treatments?
Book your selected package for the day/time you would like your FIRST appointment on. I will contact you to schedule the remainder of your treatments.
What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
UPDATED POLICY AS OF 1ST JUNE 2026
To ensure appointment availability and fairness to all clients, the following cancellation/rescheduling policy applies:
More than 48 hours' notice: appointments can be cancelled/rescheduled free of charge.
24-48 hours' notice: cancellations or rescheduling requests will incur a £20 fee.
Less than 24 hours' notice: cancellations or rescheduling requests will be charged at 100% of the treatment cost.
